Through a penalty in the 2nd half United lost by 1 goal to nil against Portsmouth.

United had more possession, more shots on target, but unfortunately Portsmouth had a referee on their side. A charge by Distin against Ronaldo outside of the box would have been a foul 100 times out of 100. Not so inside the box though for some reason.
